1. Cancellation Policy

Orders for Physical Products (Pooja Samagri & Ritual Kits)

Customers may request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

To request a cancellation, please contact us with your Order ID and contact details.


Orders for Spiritual or Astrology Services

Services such as:

  • Astrology consultations

  • Horoscope analysis

  • Personalized spiritual guidance

  • Ritual or pooja services

are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the service has been scheduled or initiated, as these services require preparation and expert time.


2. Return Policy

Due to the spiritual and sacred nature of pooja items, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, returns may be considered in the following situations:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Missing items in the package

In such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.


3. Conditions for Return Requests

To process a return request, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Photos or proof of damage or incorrect delivery must be provided

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.


4. Refund Policy

If a return request is approved, refunds may be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

In certain situations, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items/services are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Astrology consultation services

  • Personalized horoscope reports

  • Customized ritual kits or pooja items

  • Digital spiritual services


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Customer unavailable during delivery

  • Refusal to accept the package

the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
